Shipping Overview
Our team has extensive experience in puppy transportation and is dedicated to making your shipping experience as smooth as possible. We work with most major airlines that transport our puppies in pressurized, climate-controlled cabins, specifically designed for pets. From the moment you make a booking until your puppy arrives safely, we ensure top-notch customer service. We will clearly explain all the details, including flight and tracking information, so you stay updated throughout the process.

How Do We Ship Our Puppies?
Before shipping, a licensed veterinarian conducts a thorough health check on your puppy, including a fecal test to ensure it is free from parasites or worms. We only work with airlines that have a Pet Safety Program to guarantee your puppy’s well-being.

Once the reservation deposit is received, we will book the flight and send you a detailed email itinerary with the schedule, tracking number (AWB), and pick-up instructions.

On the day of travel, a delivery agency collects your puppy from our breeding facility, prepares it for the journey, and transports it to the airport. After completing all the necessary paperwork and check-in, the agency will notify you via email and phone, providing complete flight information. We will also keep you informed at every stage of the flight until your puppy safely reaches your home.

You will receive a tracking number after flight confirmation, allowing you to monitor your puppy’s journey on the delivery agency’s website.

Typically, our puppies are shipped in the morning and delivered the same day or the next morning if placed on a late flight.

Important: If you purchase a puppy from our website, please take it to a licensed veterinarian within the first 7 days to ensure good health, as our refund policy only applies under these conditions.

Delivery Timeline
We usually deliver puppies within 6-8 hours on the same day or the following day, as long as the puppy is at least 8 weeks old and has the necessary medical documentation. Please allow us at least 2 hours to purchase the airline ticket, as early booking helps secure lower fares.

During the summer, when heat restrictions are in place for dogs, the only way to deliver your puppy is through personal accompaniment. A staff member will fly with the puppy in a soft crate that fits under the seat, ensuring safe transport.

Additional Information
Your puppy will arrive in a new, airline-approved kennel equipped with absorbent bedding and food and water dishes. Puppies travel in a temperature-controlled section of the plane specifically designed for pets.
